Our Service Won’t Waver—We’re Here for You!
Starting January 5, we’ll close our Main lobby on Commerce Ave in Longview for a few months to give it a members-first makeover. This is our first remodel in 17 years, featuring smarter use of space, enhanced service experience, and the latest technology. Although our regular Main staff will be relocated during construction, you can still count on the same great Fibre Family services you know and love.
Here’s what you can expect during the closure:
- All Main ITMs will remain fully functional.
- Our Virtual Reps (based in Longview) will be on hand via video at the ITMs Monday through Saturday, 7:30am-6:30pm.
- Visit Triangle (1.3 miles away) or West Kelso (1.8 miles away).
- Contact us online, schedule a video appointment, or give us a call.
- Main’s night drop will be closed; however, nearby locations offer night drop and in-person service.
- Safe deposit boxes will be available by appointment on Tuesdays. Call or chat to schedule your appointment.
- Fibre Financial Group Advisors will continue to serve members from alternate local locations. To schedule an appointment, call 360-414-4224.
