This alternative to Express Pay allows you to transfer to and from your personal accounts with us and your personal accounts with another financial institution in Online Banking. Transfers may take 1-3 business days to post and some limit restrictions apply.
All our financial services centers have new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) that provide a smooth process for deposits. Insert cash or checks without an envelope to make your payments. Cash deposits and payments are credited instantly and checks are typically posted by the next business day, if not immediately.
Most ITMs offer Virtual Representative service during business hours, including Saturdays. Tap the ITM screen to connect to a friendly credit union Virtual Rep, who can assist with your payments via transfer, cash, or check payment
All financial services centers have a night drop for deposits and loan payments. Place your cash or checks in an envelope indicating your name, account number, dollar amount, and where to post the payment or deposit and drop it in the night drop bin. Deposits are opened and posted the next business day.
