Upgraded Online Banking Coming Soon, But Not Quite Yet:

Online Banking Upgrade Postponed Until It's Perfectly Awesome.

When it comes to member access and security, we strive to be as close to perfect as we possibly can.  Because we're still putting the finishing touches on our upgraded Online Banking platform, we've decided to hold off on introducing it for a bit longer. Our members deserve nothing but the best, and we won't rest until our new Online Banking service is second to none. We'll keep you posted as we grow closer to the upgrade date.  Rest assured, it will be well worth the wait!Here are a few things you should be aware of as we prepare for the upgrade.

What you can look forward to:

We are introducing fingerprint technology for secure Mobile Banking access on your fingerprint-enabled device.

Business Bill Pay will be available for business members.

If you are a signer on more than one account, one simple log-in will allow you to view multiple accounts at once.

All of your Bill Pay information will carry over with the upgrade. Bill Pay will immediately be at your fingertips after you log in to Online Banking and will be an easily accessible feature of Mobile Banking.

You will now be able view your member and Visa statements through Mobile Banking. 

What you need to be prepared for:

Your first log-in to the upgraded system will prompt you to create or change your username (currently member number). As we get closer to the date, we will let you know when to expect this change.

All Account-to-Account transfers through uTransfer must be re-established and validated. Person-to-Person transfers through uTransfer do not require re-enrollment. These services will be readily available once you log into Online Banking.

Each user will need to reset account alerts, as they will not transfer over to the updated system. 

Quicken and QuickBooks users must un-install and re-install the programs after the upgrade. After re-installing, you'll want to carefully review the downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on your register.

Mobile Banking users: If you are using the Fibre Federal CU app on an iPhone or other Apple device, you will simply need to update your app in Settings. Android users will need to uninstall the current app and re-download it from Google Play or the App Store.

We have tentatively set mid-October for the launch of our new online banking platform. For about one week before the upgrade, here is what you can expect:

  • Online Banking will only be available for balance inquiries, with the exception of Bill Pay.
  • Online Banking will appear and perform a little differently during this time. 
  • The transfer function on Online Banking will be unavailable.  If you have a scheduled Online Banking transfer during this time, it will still take place.
  • Alerts, the Message Center, Downloads, and uTransfer will not be available during this time.

It all adds up to an Online Banking experience that will make managing your financial life easier and more efficient! As we grow closer to the time of the upgrade, we’ll keep you up-to-speed with everything you need to know.  We’re confident that you’ll be very impressed with our new Online Banking system’s robust capabilities and intuitive, user-friendly interface.
