How do I sign up for direct deposit?

With direct deposit, your paycheck funds are transmitted directly to your account, so there's no check that could get lost, damaged, or stolen. Plus, you don't have to make the deposit yourself, which is especially convenient if you happen to be traveling! Direct deposit is free and offered through many employers. Do you offer youth accounts?

Yes, we do! We have accounts for members 0-11 and 12-18 that encourage and reward healthy saving and spending habits. Learn more about our Cash Club and Student Savings accounts.

How can I open another savings, checking, or certificate account?

If you already have an existing account, you can easily request a new savings, checking, or certificate account by making a request in person, on our website, or via our Online Banking and mobile app.

What are your loan rates?

Whether you’re looking for your next car or your next home, you can find all our loan rates listed here. We also keep rates handy at the top right corner of our website. On mobile, pop open the hamburger menu at the top of your screen and rates are available at the bottom of the pop up. Just look for the "%" symbol to check all our rates!

What are my loan payment options?

We offer many convenient options for loan payments. Use Online and Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, our ITMs, night drop, or make a payment with a representative at any location. You can also pay by debit card from another institution using our Express Pay platform. Mortgage loan payment options may vary based on service type. Learn more about payment options.

I might have trouble making my payment this month. What can I do?

If your budget needs a little breathing room, Skip-A-Pay is just the thing! We offer one skip payment per calendar year on qualifying loans for just $25, which is added directly to the loan balance. What is the difference between the Visa Classic and Visa Platinum credit card?

Our Platinum card comes with a special super-low introductory rate on purchases and balance transfers for the first six billing cycles. After that, you can count on a great low rate. Our Classic card comes with a flat, low rate from the start, with a lower credit limit than the Platinum.

How can I apply for a personal credit card?

You can apply for a credit card on our website, via Online and Mobile Banking, or schedule an appointment.

How long do I need to wait to get my credit card?

Most of our financial services centers can instant issue you a card on your visit! Otherwise, we can mail your card and you can expect it in 7-10 business days.

What is Fibre Card Manager?

Use this free service to manage your risk and prevent fraud. Fibre Card Manager allows you to define when, where, and how your cards can be used, set travel notifications, and send alerts on your mobile device. Sign into Online or Mobile Banking to add your cards and set up your limits and notifications.

What is an automatic transfer?

No matter where your savings account is, you can set up automatic transfers to help it grow. Manage where your money is saved with both internal transfers between your accounts with us and external accounts to other financial institutions. Fraud Prevention

Is Fibre Federal & TLC really contacting me for sensitive information?

Unfortunately, there are scammers out there who pretend they’re us to steal your information. It’s important that you always guard your personal information closely to protect your security and peace of mind. If the phone number, email, or text message says it’s from us, keep this in mind: we’ll never request full social security numbers, PINs, Online Banking passwords, or other sensitive credentials. If something seems off when you’re asked for these details, trust your instincts and stop communication. When in doubt, caution is your best bet! How do I prevent fraud on my account?

What does Fibre Federal & TLC do to help prevent fraud?

We’ve taken the following steps to safeguard our members’ accounts:
  • Implemented chip technology in our credit and debit cards
  • Added chip card readers to our ITMs
  • Created card transaction rules which look for transactions outside of the member’s normal spending pattern. If transactions outside of the normal card usage appear, the transaction is flagged for closer monitoring and/or blocking of the transaction and card, as warranted. Members are contacted when those steps are taken.

What can I do if I am a fraud victim?

If you’ve provided sensitive account information to a scammer, contact us right away to help secure your accounts. If you believe you’ve become a victim of identity theft, refer to the Federal Trade Commission’s information about Identity Theft: What To Know – What To Do.
