An improved member experience coming soon to Kelso!
We've temporarily closed our Kelso location at 1003 13th Ave S for interior renovations that will create the best possible member-first experience. While the lobby is closed for a few months, all three ITM drive-up lanes are open with LiveConnect service.
Here’s what you can expect during the closure:
- Our Longview-based LiveConnect staff will be available via video at the ITMs Monday through Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm.
- Visit our nearby locations: West Kelso (1.4 miles away), Triangle (1.8 miles away), or our newly remodeled Commerce location (3.1 miles away).
- Connect with us via our digital services including chat, audio, or video or schedule a video appointment.
- Kelso’s night drop will be temporarily closed; however, nearby locations offer both night drop and in-person service.
