At Fibre Federal Credit Union and TLC, community isn’t just where we are — it’s who we are. That’s why we created our Community Champion Program, which recognizes employees across our organization who step up to help strengthen our connections with the communities we serve. Our Champions are the cheerleaders of their communities, helping promote service opportunities and supporting our mission of giving back.
Community Champions work alongside our Community Development team as go-to contacts for volunteer opportunities, local events, and community engagement. They help share information with their coworkers, encourage participation in volunteer efforts, and help keep us connected to the people and organizations that make our regions thrive.
This opportunity is open to employees at all levels of the organization. While serving as a Champion does not change an employee’s primary role, it provides an additional way to get involved and make a positive impact.
