Things at our Castle Rock financial services center will look a little different over the next few months. But one thing isn't changing: the friendly crew you know and love will still be here to take care of you.
Here's what you can expect along the way:
- Parking Lot Changes:
We have a trailer in our lot, which will become our alternative services center during the next phase of remodeling. Our lot might be a little tighter than normal when you stop by, so street parking is your friend! But we’ll always have one ADA spot available as a courtesy.
- Our Drive-Up Makeover is Still Underway
We're replacing our traditional drive-up window with a second Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) featuring LiveConnect service. Once complete, you'll still get the same personal service you're used to, with real Fibre Family employees available live on-screen for extended hours Monday–Saturday, 7:30am–6:30pm.
You can still use the existing ITM lane, and our lobby is open as usual.
- When Our Lobby Closes, We’ll Still Be Here!
We’re aiming to close our building for remodeling on Monday, November 16, but we'll be right outside in our alternative services center in the parking lot. It may be a different setting for a while, but you'll still get the same friendly, personal service you count on. - Same Castle Rock Crew. A Fresh New Look!
