Celebrating Culture & Creating Opportunities
Over the last year, our Hispanic Connections Committee has brought Fibre Family employees together to share perspectives, celebrate culture, and support professional growth. This employee-focused group strengthens connections through mentorship, cultural awareness, and community engagement.
The committee has helped increase bilingual staff participation in career and community events, creating more opportunities to connect with the people we serve. It also supports efforts to hire and train more Spanish-speaking employees so members can receive assistance in their preferred language.
The committee’s work complements our recent Juntos Avanzamos designation and our broader commitment to serving Hispanic and Latino members and neighbors. Their experiences and perspectives are helping us better understand the communities we serve and find additional ways to make everyone feel welcome.

El comité promueve la participación de empleados que hablan español, apoya los esfuerzos para contar con más personal que pueda atender a nuestros miembros en su idioma de preferencia y ayuda a comprender mejor las necesidades de nuestra comunidad hispana y latina. Su trabajo contribuye a crear un ambiente más inclusivo y acogedor para todos.
