Thanks for Making the Season Bright for Local Foster Children!
In mid-December, we wrapped up our Christmas Tag programs in our financial services centers. We partnered with foster child programs in Columbia, Clatsop, Tillamook, and Lincoln Counties to collect donations of gifts and cash.
For Cowlitz County, we committed to fulfilling the wish lists for 116 children in foster care. Once tags were returned from community shoppers, our staff volunteers used donated funds to complete every remaining tag with needed items.
Thanks to everyone who filled a tag, donated money, or brought in gift items for the Christmas Tag programs across our service areas. Your kindness made a huge impact over the holidays for hundreds of children!
