Call-Back Technology Cuts Your On-Hold Time

“Banking Made Easy” means not having to wait on hold for very long when you call us.  That’s why we’ve implemented new phone service technology to ensure your wait time is as short and convenient as possible.

Thanks to our new upgrades, you can now enter your phone number to be called back, if we’re extra busy and you don’t wish to wait on hold. Just listen for the call-back prompt, which will activate any time we anticipate a longer on-hold time, or there are several members on hold.   Then you can go about your day, doing whatever you’d like to do, without your phone to your ear. We promise to keep your place in line in the phone queue and return your call in the order your call was received.
